DELIVERY, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

DELIVERY :

Upon placing your order with us, You will receive a confirmation of your purchase by e-mail, at the end of your booking process as well as a follow-up confirmation e-mail detailing your booking, depend on your connectivity this estimated to take a few minutes.


We provide Charter services exclusively within the Dubai's Marinas that are listed on our website

The multiple booking may result in multiple postings to the cardholders; Andiamo team would handle time-slots for each order separately.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND:

You may want to cancel your trip or cruise or need to change the dates for any reason. If the booked yacht wasn’t booked or wasn't out of service for the dates to which you’d like to change, we would be glad to assist you.

In case of the cancellation of your charter, Andiamo CANCELLATION and REFUND policy is as follows:


For Yachts & Boats below 40 feets, Andiamo will refund:

100% of the booking amount for the cancellations made at least 7 days before the tour date.
75% of the booking amount for the cancellations made 3 days before the tour date.
50% of the booking's payment for the cancellations made 1 day before the tour date.



For Yachts & Boats between 40 to 80 feets, Andiamo will refund:

100% of the booking amount for the cancellations made at least seven days before the tour date
75% of the booking amount for the cancellations made five days before the tour date
25% of the booking amount for the cancellations made three days before the tour date
No Refund for the cancellations made one day before the tour date

For Yachts & Boats over 80 feets, Andiamo will refund:

100% Of the booking amount for the cancellations made at least ten days before the tour date
50% of the booking amount for the cancellations made seven days before the tour date
25% of the booking amount for the cancellations made three days before the tour date
No Refund for the cancellations made one day before the tour date

“Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.”
And only be credited to the card used to make the purchase. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed; we accept cancellation's requests and refund's claims through either:

All Refunds are issued in accordance with the above conditions.

Because we have only one of each Boat & yacht and that it’s hard to sell the same slots of dates/times for a period around the tour date, this cancellation policy is applied to the all the advertised Boats & Yachts.
